I’ve been trying to take advantage of the winter months to get some things created. I printed the first two colors of these capitol prints a few months ago, and just printed the final one. I’ll have them ready for the shop soon.

I got a great edition of Edith Clements Flowers of Coast and Sierra, second printing, from 1947. These simple botanical prints are excellent examples of their type. Great color and print quality. Many of these were also used in the field guide Rocky Mountain Flowers, published by Clements and her husband.

One of my favorite map reproductions in the shop. This Geological Map of Wisconsin was originally published as part of the Historical Atlas of Wisconsin in 1878.

I got a ‘new’ little press that is perfect for making letterpress cards. And the shop has a new name and logo. The weather is getting better, too. It might be a good weekend to head down to Paoli.

Some good press about Landmark Creamery in Paoli.
Spring is coming.
