Bloomin' Arts Festival Bartow, FL Annual Fine Arts event held the first weekend each March on Main Street in Bartow, Fl. Bloomin' Arts is the highlight of the year in Bartow, Fl.

Volunteers from
community businesses and organizations plan and work for months to bring this
event to the city. Artists gather from all over the country to compete for top prizes and sell their
artwork. In conjunction with the main art event, there is also a quilt display in the beautiful
Polk Historical Museum, a flower show, car show and a display of student art.
