The 68th Annual Running of the Joseph Orr, Sr. Model Electric Train Races was held on January 6th at the Altoona Railroaders Memorial Museum. Many spectators and participants were in attendance and the winners of the races are shown in the accompanying photo. The races were adjudicated by the Altoona Association of Model Railroaders and sponsored by Joe Orr, Jr of Orr Lumber and Supply of Altoona.

Here we see two Southern Pacific Daylights pulling a nice passenger train on the layout. The train is passing the station up at Summit.

There is a new Locomotive roaming the rails of our O Scale 2 Rail layout.Its an EMD SD35 PRR 6018 Atlas unit.It was last seen pulling and early CR Train.The train has 27 cars with a CR N7D Cabin.
