We were thrilled to see all of our parking spots filled with these guests!

The Harveyville Seniors Association came by the museum for a special tour led by our board member Teri Naylor.

Then they handed Teri over $500, putting their SECOND can over $1000 raised for our Match Day Campaign!

Thank you all for your fundraising efforts to give such a generous gift.

Why did they do this?
Because they want to be part of this campaign to finish our building so we can close to doors to construction work and open our doors to new exhibits and events!

Each Community has pledged to take part in the campaign with a goal of $2,000 for each town.

Here is what they have collected so far:
Alma $1400
Eskridge $800
Harveyville $1287
Harveyville $2000
Lake Wabaunsee $1500
McFarland $55
Maple Hill $430
Paxico $2000
Volland /Alta Vista $600

Who can help get their town can filled?!

Our favorite type of posting……

When we update you on our Match Campaign!

We have less than $30,000 left to raise to meet our goal!

When we meet our goal we will have received $100,000 in gifts and in turn we will receive $100,000 in a match gift from ONE donor….

Think about that for just a minute…

What an amazing opportunity this is for us to finalize this renovation work and open this space with exhibits that represent our county.

Can we do it by November? Our new goal…

We believe we CAN!

With generous gift givers this absolutely can happen.

YOU can join us in this incredible opportunity!

We are super excited to offer this tour!

We will lead you in bringing the new mural in Harveyville to life!

We will be exploring the rich history of Harveyville and visit the sites depicted in the mural.

If you meet the tour group at the museum you will be greeted by our board member Teresa Riggin Naylor, who is a returning resident to her hometown Harveyville.
She will give a sneak peak tour of our Farmers Union building renovation project!
