Yesterday I took my Primary School Manager, Aunty Chelsea and Preschool Supervisor, Aunty Nickie, out to lunch, just to show them how much I appreciate them.

As a school owner, I know that I am only as good as the team that stands beside me. Having people you can trust, who take ownership, step up when you’re not around, and ensure that everything runs smoothly is truly priceless.

Running a school takes more than one person and I am blessed to have a team that has my back and takes such good care of our Mango House family.

Never underestimate the importance of appreciating your staff. Sometimes, it’s the little gestures that remind people that their hard work, loyalty and dedication do not go unnoticed.

To my ladies, thank you for being my support system. Mango House is stronger because of you and I am truly grateful.

At Mango House, karate is about so much more than kicks and punches.

Our preschoolers are having fun while developing coordination, balance, concentration, discipline, confidence and self-control. They are also learning to listen, follow instructions and respect others.

Through fun, age appropriate activities, our little ones are building important life skills while staying active and enjoying the process.

This "Pronoun Family Tree” activity assisted our Standard Four students explore different types of pronouns.

By organising pronouns and creating their own examples, students strengthened their understanding, recall and ability to use pronouns correctly in sentences.

In our Dental Health Lesson Plan, our little learners had fun discovering how different liquids can affect our teeth.

Using eggshells to represent tooth enamel, we soaked eggs in lime, vinegar, milk, water, and Coca-Cola and observed the changes.

The children discovered that lime and vinegar affected the eggshell the most, milk and water caused very little change, while Coca-Cola caused noticeable discoloration.

This experiment made learning about protecting our teeth and making healthy choices fun, interactive and memorable
