We know that adjusting to a new city, culture, and language as a foreigner can be overwhelming. Our workshops and services aid in tackling common challenges including residency requirements, finding a job, and expanding your social network. Perhaps you have been living in Istanbul for awhile and are looking for new ways to grow personally or professionally, we offer existing foreign residents prog

rams as well. Free Turkish language courses are also available at the center. At International Center Istanbul, you specify your goals and objectives – whether casual conversation, travel, business in any laguage, academic studies, family relations or social meetup events. Our assistance is tailored to fit your needs, goals, and preferences. At International Center Istanbul, English is our main language. We also offer Turkish and other language courses at all levels, provided by certified foreign language instructors. Our main offerings include:

Our Conversation Partner Program, a one on one conversational language instruction designed to improve verbal communication skills,vocabulary and pronunciation. Group language courses, which provide a more interactive approach to learning a foreign language. Open enrollment discussion courses on subjects including computers and software, social media, art, music, business management, Global finance, etc. Pratical workshops on topics including resume writing, job interviewing, housing and accomodation, health care, and establishing Turkish residence or citizenship. Individual consultation for immigration, job search, or legal issues. Trips and tours to museums, cultural institutions,and other points of interest in and around Istanbul

Networking, where members can participate in workshops, exhibitions, lectures and other cultural activities at our center. Our mission extends beyond teaching Turkish to foreigners and teaching English to Turkish professionals. We want to help every individual who visits the center achieve their professional and personal goals by connecting individuals in our International community.
