โพธิสัตวา lgbtq+ แกลเลอรี่ปิดตัวอย่างเป็นทางการตั้งแต่วันนี้เป็นต้นไปครับ
After beautiful 6 years, I decided to closed the doors of "Bodhisattava LGBTQ+ Gallery". This exhibition space was born out of the desperation for q***r art space in Bangkok. Now, with so many new emerging spaces and collectives by q***r communities, the time has come...to lip synce for....your....life! Lol I mean, it is indeed time to end this chapter. 😊
Thank you to all the artists who trusted us to present your artwork at our green room. It was my intention to put on shows that brings our community together, so thank you all who turned up (all the way to donmaung!) and made this a safe haven for us all. This has been an independent project using my own funding, I am so grateful for all the support that you have given me to create this dream. On behalf of all the artists, thank you for allowing us to tell our stories unapologetically through our art.
I have enjoyed welcoming all of you to my home, dine with you at baik baik, drinks and read tarot cards on my balcony, look at p0rno together in my studio....truly your energy has made this space so magical.
Until the next (radical) incarnation, it is a goodbye for now. Stay safe, stay fierce, stay creative and stay q***r.
May the compassion of Avalokitesvara Bodhisattava always light our way
