I painted this because it is the kind of place I often escape to in my imagination, as someone who only read historical fantasy novels.
I'm sure I'm not the only one who would love to be in a place like this.. walking through a grand, dreamy hallway with a garden waiting at the end.

2025 has been a year of finding myself again in a new city: une nouvelle vie à Paris. Learning the ropes of running my art business here, making connections without even knowing the language, and slowly laying the groundwork for what I’m building.
It was and still is a little scary. Some days staying positive feels hard, but I keep showing up, step by step, climbing the stairs until I become the dragon warrior 🐉

Throwback to that trip to the south of France 🧳
We were in Arles and I finally got to do a Van Gogh trail, actually walking through the exact places he lived, wandered, and painted felt unreal. Like art history coming to life!!🤩
