In May, National Heritage Board, the Museum Roundtable, and ICOM Singapore celebrated with an inspiring International Museum Day Symposium, bringing together distinguished museum professionals from around the world around the theme "𝙈𝙪𝙨𝙚𝙪𝙢𝙨 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖 𝘿𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙙 𝙒𝙤𝙧𝙡𝙙"!

We explored themes of 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲, 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘁, and 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 through three engaging panels, heard powerful reflections on how museums can bridge divides, and marked the very special milestone of the Museum Roundtable 30th Anniversary Dialogue — 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙇𝙞𝙚𝙨 𝘼𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙙 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙈𝙪𝙨𝙚𝙪𝙢𝙨 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙉𝙚𝙭𝙩 30 𝙔𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙨?

We also enjoyed Brett Marshall's workshop, 𝙈𝙤𝙧𝙚 𝙏𝙝𝙖𝙣 𝙖 𝙈𝙪𝙨𝙚𝙪𝙢: 𝙀𝙣𝙜𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩, 𝙎𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙮, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙖𝙩 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙃𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙖𝙜𝙚, and wrapped up the week with a wonderful closing event at Far East Square.
