CONTINUOUS RED - IOAN NEMȚOI

Of remarkable simplicity, the works from the Continuous Red theme bring together two defining elements of Ioan Nemtoi’s artistic universe: the unmistakable intensity of Red by Nemțoi and the continuous line, like a temporal sequence between beginning and end, captured in glass.

Red reasserts its presence through energy, vitality, passion and its role as creative fire. Across its luminous surface, the black line flows uninterrupted, following the forms in the rhythms of time itself.

For Ioan Nemțoi, colour and line are inseparable. Together, they construct a perpetual, spiralling, evolutionary movement.

Beneath the apparent austerity of the form, Continuous Red speaks about becoming and evolution on the ever-renewed scale of creation.
Works of exceptional clarity and visual strength, capable of transforming a space through presence, colour and the energy they contain.

Galaxy — Ioan Nemțoi

Far from abstraction, Galaxy evokes the image of a universe coming into being, a celestial genesis shaped through colour, light, and glass.

Red and orange carry the energy of cosmic fire, yellow recalls the light of expanding stars, while deep blue opens toward infinity. The fluid, continuous line, an unmistakable signature of Ioan Nemțoi, transforms the sculpture into a meditation on creation, energy, and the eternal rhythm of transformation.

Art and design meet within the interior space.

Romania’s furniture industry carries forward a strong tradition of craftsmanship and respect for materials, reinterpreted today through contemporary design and refined ex*****on.
Within this dialogue of form and material, a vessel by Ioan Nemțoi does not simply complement an interior — it gives it identity.

MNARTGALLERY celebrates the natural encounter between exceptional art and Romanian design.

MNArtGallery stands alongside the exhibition of master artist Ioan Nemțoi, currently on view at the National Museum of Romanian Literature on the occasion of the Bucharest International Poetry Festival.

We also salute the presence, within the same space dedicated to artistic excellence, of the exhibitions by Academician Mircia Dumitrescu, sculptor Florin Codre, and the late graphic artist Alina Roșca.

Distinct artistic universes come together in a space devoted to culture, words, and images, creating a natural dialogue between different expressions of contemporary sensibility.
