AUTAQ- A NETWORK OF CULTURAL ORGANIZATIONS
A network of small cultural organizations that are working in all regions of Pakistan will be established. Provincial resources persons will facilitate Lok Virsa to contact those organizations that primarily work on cultural aspects and are not heavily funded organizations; rather they focus on voluntary work to project any aspect of the traditional cultu

re. The purpose of this network will be to create a constituency of people promoting their culture and could work together for larger issues for example cultural mapping, suggesting new artists or collaboration with each other. In the first year the ED and her team will visit each province and engage with selected groups and later a sizable number will be invited to Lok Virsa to meet each other and explore options for collaboration.
