There is a quiet power in being seen.
Didaya introduces Kita-kitá, a new exhibit series featuring Bukidnon photographers whose lenses carry stories of land, labor, memory, and everyday life. In every frame, there is recognition. In every image, a reminder that someone paused long enough to truly look.
Kita-kitá (“I see you”, a play of tagalog word with different meaning; "kita" could translate to "see" and "you") is more than a title. It is a gesture of acknowledgment. A conversation between the one who captures and the one who is captured. A space where perspective becomes presence.
We invite you to stand before these photographs and experience what it means to see and be seen.
