Rustic Twist

Rustic Twist In the year 2000 We were asked to make a pregnant cow from old corrugated iron. To meet the demand 'Rustic Twist' evolved.

Having made a few chooks prior to this, we started to create a number of different creatures from recycled metals.

The Story of Rustic Twist

Twenty years ago we were asked to make a sculpture of a cow. We were working as engineers and so it was quite a leap!

We discovered we loved making sculptures of animals far more than engineering so Rustic Twist was born

You can find our sculptures all over the world from a garden in Waiheke, to a home in Turkey to a display at an experimental farm in the United States

All of our sculptures are made from recycled iron and copper, making them a perfect sustainable art choice.
