Another great club visit today - this time the Ford Performance Vehicle (FPV) were in town . Well organised and a nice group of people who also made a kind donation to Cranford Hospice. Thanks for coming !

Local photographer Bruce Jenkins has been a long time supporter of Automania. His work regularly appears in NZ Hot Rod Magazine. He has travelled internationally with his motorsport photography and we have some of his Bonneville pics in the collection. His latest contribution is this wild shot he took of Anthony Marsh hand-grenading his rail at Meremere in January 2016.

With it being Art Deco here in the Bay this weekend, we'll only be officially open from 10am - 11am this moring, to give people (including us) time to get to the main parade. We welcome visitors. 68 Thames St. Free admission. Latest NZ Hot Rod Magazine will be on sale too.

Great to recently host many participants from the Street Rods Nationals at Automania and to explain a bit about the vision for all NZ hot rod clubs to be represented so we can preserve and promote our hobby.

Great club visit from the B.O.P. Jaguar crew. Managed to educate them about hot rods but nobody was prepared to donate any independent suspensions to the cause !

The collection in Napier is open for free viewing most Saturday mornings, and you never know what cool cars are going to roll up. Good example today was Grant's hemi powered Model A roadster.
