《天地一飞鸿——岭南文化传奇的诞生与演绎》公益展正式开幕✨

7月25日，《天地一飞鸿——岭南文化传奇的诞生与演绎》公益展于马六甲郑和文化博物馆正式开幕。

我们非常荣幸邀请到《博物馆头条》总编辑王海先生莅临现场，共同见证这场跨国文化交流活动。

现场也有来自柔佛Epoch Education(新时代)的学生到馆参观。通过图文展览，进一步让学生们认识黄飞鸿、佛山与岭南文化，感受中华文化的深厚底蕴，也让这场展览成为一次精彩的跨国文明交流与文化传播活动。

活动期间，主办方还准备了来自佛山市祖庙博物馆的文创纪念品，包括黄飞鸿冰箱贴、醒狮挂饰及笔记本赠送给参观的学生，并深受喜爱。

欢迎大家在展览期间前来参观，一同走进黄飞鸿的传奇世界，感受岭南文化的独特魅力！

“Huang Feihong: A Legend Under Heaven” Photo Exhibition Officially Opens

On 25 July, the Huang Feihong: A Legend Under Heaven – The Birth and Evolution of a Lingnan Cultural Legend Photo Exhibition officially opened at the Cheng Ho Cultural Museum Melaka.

We were honoured to welcome Mr. Wang Hai, Editor-in-Chief of Museum Headline, who joined us in witnessing this meaningful cross-cultural exchange.

Through historical photographs and informative displays, students gained a deeper understanding of Huang Feihong, Foshan and Lingnan culture, while discovering the richness of Chinese cultural heritage. The exhibition also serves as a meaningful platform for cross-border cultural exchange and cultural education.

Cultural souvenirs from Foshan Zumiao Museum, including Huang Feihong fridge magnet, lion dance charms and notebooks, were also warmly welcomed by the students.

We warmly welcome everyone to visit the exhibition and discover the legendary story of Huang Feihong and the unique heritage of Lingnan culture!

🌏 Visitor Spotlight | Voices from Around the World

We were delighted to welcome Perpetual Cudjoe from Ghana, a History and Archaeology student at Peking University, to the Cheng Ho Cultural Museum.

Visiting Melaka to explore its significance as one of the world's great historical trading ports along the Maritime Silk Road, Perpetual chose to stop by our museum to deepen her understanding of Cheng Ho’s voyages and the shared maritime history between China and Southeast Asia.

✒️: A special visit to the Cheng Ho Cultural Museum provided me with more knowledge and insights than I can imagine. I’m very grateful to Mr. Li Pei Feng and the Cheng Ho Cultural Museum for this amazing experience!

晴空万里，风帆高张。这是大航海时代的极远之地。历经数万海里的惊涛骇浪，郑和率领舰队最终抵达了东非索马里。海岸线上，郑和船队的大国瑰宝与蔚蓝彼岸的异域奇珍交相辉映。郑和以华美瓷丝相赠，将这些被大明尊为“麒麟”的瑞兽迎到御前，开启了中非交往的和平篇章。

【Zheng He • Somalia • Giraffe: The Treaty of Qilin in Somalia】
Under the clear sky, the grand fleet sails with its sails billowing in the wind. This was the furthest reach of the great age of sail. Braving the roaring waves across tens of thousands of nautical miles, Zheng He’s fleet finally arrived in Somalia, East Africa. Along the shoreline, the grand treasures of the Chinese fleet interweaved beautifully with the exotic wonders from the azure coast. Zheng He presented exquisite silks and porcelains as gifts and brought these auspicious creatures, revered by the Ming Dynasty as "Qilin", to the imperial court, opening a peaceful chapter of Sino-African exchanges.
The Zheng He Voyage Creative Magnet Collection is inspired by the coastal landscapes and historical anecdotes of the countries Zheng He visited, aiming to bring you back to the magnificent blue epic that spanned across thousands of miles. This product is now available at the Front Desk of the Cheng Ho Cultural Museum and the Cultural Routes Book Store.
