NCECA Detroit2026!!🇺🇸
国際陶磁器フェスティバル美濃実行委員会は、2026年3月25日から27日までの3日間、アメリカ・デトロイトにて開催された全米最大の陶芸カンファレンス NCECA に初出展し、第14回国際陶磁器コンペティション美濃の募集PRを実施いたしました。
現地では、アメリカやその他の国々の陶芸家の皆様をはじめ、原料•材料屋さん、教育機関関係者、学生、ボランティアの方々など、さまざまな分野の皆様と貴重な交流の機会をいただきました。また、ブース運営にご協力いただいた皆様に、心より感謝申し上げます。
さらに、これまでに国際陶磁器展美濃(会場:セラミックパークMINO)を訪れたことのある方や、美濃地域にお詳しい方、本コンペティションへの挑戦を継続されている方、過去の入選者の方々がブースに立ち寄ってくださる場面も多く見られました。
NCECAへの参加は、個別に全米各地を巡回してPRを行う以上に、多くの陶芸関係者へ直接アプローチできる有意義な機会であることを改めて実感いたしました。
本取り組みを通じて、より多くのアメリカとその周辺各国の陶芸家の皆様に本コンペティションへの関心を高めていただき、作品応募へとつながることを期待しております。

The International Ceramics Festival MINO participated for the first time in the NCECA, the largest ceramics conference in the United States, held in Detroit 2026, where we conducted promotional activities for the 14th International Ceramics Competition MINO.
During the event, we had the valuable opportunity to engage with a wide range of participants, including visitors, materials suppliers, educators, and students. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to everyone who supported the operation of our booth.
We were also pleased to welcome many visitors who had previously visited our event at Ceramic Park MINO, were familiar with the Mino region, had continuously challenged this competition, or had been selected in past editions. Their visits reaffirmed that this competition has been steadily expanding its presence both domestically and internationally.
Participating in this conference proved to be a highly effective opportunity—allowing us to connect directly with a broad ceramics community, beyond what could be achieved through individual promotional visits.
Through these efforts, we hope to further inspire ceramic artists across the United States and encourage their participation in the competition..
