端島XR: daily life on a very small Japanese island 端島(通称：軍艦島として知られている)での、炭坑住民の日常生活をバーチャル体験できるように3D（三次元）画像として作ります。

We are reconstructing an authentic first-person immersive virtual experience (IVE) of daily life for residents of the coal mining community on Hashima Island, also known as Battleship Island. We use 3d game engine technology to transfer complex architectural heritage BIM data, historical records, oral history sources, and 3d scans of material artifacts into an immersive virtual experience (IVE).

端島(通称：軍艦島として知られている)での、炭坑住民の日常生活をバーチャル体験できるように3D（三次元）画像として作ります。3Dのゲームを制作する技術を利用し、建築遺産の3D画像、歴史的記録、口伝、時代を象徴するような資料、素材の再現画像などをまとめ伝えます。

The IVE is a first-person interactive exploration of a small coal mining community as it existed in 1970. It is comprised of Modules that depict interchangeable narrative loops for the player to complete. Each Module is designed around clearly defined learning objectives embedded within the player experience. The project is a unique opportunity to sharpen and expand existing tools and methods for the preservation and communication of tangible and intangible heritage.

バーチャル体験（IVF）によって、1970年代当時を再現した日常生活を自身で経験できるようにします。この作品の中で参加者は日常生活の画像や説明を共有でき、設定された学習を経験することができるよう計画されています。本プロジェクトは有形無形の遺産を保護保存伝達する今までの手法をさらに成長させることが可能な独自の特性をもっています。
