Root & Wings by P. Gnana is a contemplative bronze and wood sculpture that explores the intimate bond between nurturing, belonging and the freedom to grow. The seated mother and child form creates a quiet sense of protection, while the wing-like hair and organic contours suggest movement, aspiration and the instinct to rise.

Gnana’s expressive, textured treatment of bronze gives the work a raw, tactile quality, balancing grounded roots with the idea of flight.
