Sarjapura Curries is the project of artist, Suresh Kumar G. Suresh grows rare varieties of greens and vegetables in the villages of Sarjapura Hobli, Anekal Taluk. During this workshop, he will highlight edible and indigenous greens and veggies which are commonly found and usually referred to as weeds. To conserve these varieties and the traditional knowledge around them, Suresh will take us through methods to adopt them into our gardens and diets. This is a rare opportunity to learn recipes to cook with these greens, and you will also get to taste along the way!
