Walk of The Ancestors Walk of the Ancestors is a celebration of History in Kells, Foilmore and South Kerry

Walk of the Ancestors 2017 celebratse the 150th anniversary of the 1867 Fenian Rising. A local Fenian, John O Neill Golden was a member of the rising and took part in the raid on Kells Coastguard Station, along with several other local Fenians from South Kerry.
