Join in a workshop for lino printmaking, where you’ll create a single-colour print to take home with you.

Dates are 24th Oct (2:30pm – 5:15) AND 7th Nov (10:30am – 1:15)

What you’ll learn:

-How to transfer your sketch onto the block

-Basic carving techniques

-How to ink up and print your block

This workshop is perfect for beginners as no experience is needed! Whether you’re looking to try something new or revisit an old hobby.

My once every few months Insta offering to remind you all we're still here... I REALLY should attempt to try and get better with posting.

Here is a gorgeous jug by one of my 6 week throwers. If you fancy joining a course, I've just added some 4 week courses to the website for the end of this year. I'll be also planning next years courses over the next couple of months.

And of course there are Pottery Wheel Experience sessions on the website too, the dates up are all the ones for the rest of the year before the shop turns into its Christmas wonderland.

Join us for a 4 week throwing course. You'll have 2 sessions at the wheel, followed by a third where you'll trim, attach handles, carve and fettle. Then on the last session you finish them off by adding the glaze.⁠

I think this might be one of my favourite pots to ever be made on a Pottery Wheel Experience!!! I would never of thought to pair those two glazes together - this is why I love teaching. My students inspire me to get out of my glazing rut and play again!!

If you fancy coming along to learn and make you're own magical pots June Pottery Wheel Experience dates are on the website and I'll pop July's up soon too.
