Janes Historical kitchen covers a number of historical periods from 1430 - 1830 and is able to allow guests to sample her delights having achieved a 5* rating through the Food Standards Agency. This was an incredible achievement and allows guests to sample a true 'Taste of History'. Janes Historical Kitchen offers a unique insight into historical culinary delights and is always seeking out new recipes to try and share.
