The Rotary Charity Art & Craft Fair The Reading Charity Art Fair is organised by the Rotary Club of Reading Maiden Erlegh. In 2019, the fair was in aid of Thames Valley Air Ambulance.

The Art Fair is usually held at the end of October at Leighton Park School. If you love art we are sure you'll find something to fall in love with at our annual exhibition. The Reading Charity Art Fair offers:

- 400 works of art from local artists.
- Paintings, ceramics and sculpture from £25 to £1,000+
- Card payments accepted
- Charity preview party
- Enjoy refreshments & cakes in the Art Café
- FREE admission and parking

Here are a few of the artworks by local artist Carole Stephens that you’ll be able to view and buy at this year’s Charity Art & Craft fair. It’s on Saturday and Sunday 24h and 25th October with a preview evening on Friday 23rd, at Leighton Park school (Pepper Lane entrance). 16th Rotary Charity Art & Craft Fair at Leighton Park School – 23rd to 25th October
Come along, discover something beautiful and support local charities! Our popular Rotary Charity Art & Craft Fair returns to the Oakview Room at Leighton Park School in Reading, for another wonderful weekend of art, craft and community. See: https://rotaryartandcraftfair.co.uk
Preview Evening – Friday, from 7pm - Entry free of charge
Enjoy canapés and refreshments while getting a first look at the fantastic selection of artwork and crafts.
Saturday: 10am–5pm | Sunday: 10am–4pm - Entry free of charge
The Inner Wheel Art café will be serving sandwiches, cakes and refreshments throughout the weekend. Talented artists and craft makers will be showcasing and selling their work, with exhibitors generously donating 25% of their sales to charity.
All proceeds from the fair will help support local community projects and charities. Last year, the event raised an impressive £6,650+ for local charities, with visitors purchasing almost £3,000 of artwork and £3,680 of craft items.
We are very grateful to Leighton Park School for hosting us again and warmly invite everyone to come and enjoy the Art and Craft Fair.

It’s only 52 days now to this year’s Charity Art & Craft Fair. We expect to have over 240 artworks from more than 50 local artists. There will be over a dozen tables of craft, jewellery and ceramics too.
The Fair’s on Saturday and Sunday 24th and 25th October with a preview evening on Friday 23rd, at Leighton Park school (Pepper Lane entrance). Free entry and parking.
You can view all the artwork and craft at the fair and enjoy the Inner Wheel Club of Reading Maiden Erlegh Art Fair Cafe at the same time.
As usual, all the proceeds from the Charity Art & Craft Fair will go to good causes.
The images show just a few of the entries received to date – two watercolours by Wendy Hopcroft and photographs by Peter Welch of Salisbury Cathedral and of a heron. You will be able to view and buy these at the Fair.
