‘Rock Garden’

One of my personal favourites to create 🙂

I love rockeries and every garden seemed to have one when I was a child. They were like mini zoos of plants and critters and I still love them. Wandering alpines, fleshy succulents and of course, the fluffy bunny ears! (silver Stachys).

Still available as a limited edition print, in my Florals Collection.

If you look closely, you might spot a cute little critter 🐌

This room is actually a turret with a narrow staircase entrance - hence the hanging issue…

My Story

Every piece of art I create tells a story. Stories of nature, places, moments and memories. I tell them with texture, vibrant colour and my own style of stitched illustration. Fabrics are my paints and threads are my brushes. I find inspiration everywhere but childhood memories, travels around the world and the glorious coastline near to my home help along the way.

I like a viewer to travel around my work and enjoy the intricate detail, textures and quirky references. I put my heart and soul into every piece I create and love the challenge of something new. My work is constantly evolving as I discover new textures and techniques.

Many of my original artworks are reproduced limited edition Giclee prints. The prints are created on high quality textured paper giving the pieces a multi-dimensional textured effect seen in the original pieces.
