FOGS - Friends of George Street - is a volunteer group working for Age UK Oldham whose aims are to promote, develop and encourage a greater understanding, appreciation and enjoyment of the cultural and environmental history of the chapel and the cellar dwellings that make up George Street Chapel.

Age UK Oldham

Join us on the afternoon of Sunday 4th December for spectacular Gospel and Youth Choir performances in the beautiful festive setting of our George Street Chapel.

Tickets are available for the concert at only £5 per person, inclusive of a glass of Mulled Wine and children are welcomed free of charge.

To keep the festive feeling flowing the concert is followed by the opportunity to enjoy a tradition Lancashire fare meal in the Chapel - Tickets, including the meal are available at £15 per adult and only £5 per child.

The Chapel will be open from 2pm on Sunday 4th, with Christmas Stalls and fully-stocked bar available for pre-concert mingling!

This is a special event for Age UK Oldham and is sure to become all-time favorite event for many.

The Lion Salt Works restoration was completed last year and has now been shortlisted for the HLF Heritage Awards and needs lots of votes to help it win. Please vote for it if you can.
