Andrew Herbert becomes the new TNMOC Chair. Having studied under Sir Maurice Wilkes at Cambridge, worked in several innovative computing companies and having headed up Microsoft's research laboratories across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, he has gained profound insights into the development of computing.
