We frame for individual customers through to corporate clients, interior designers, photographers, artists and memorabilia dealers. About Alan Butfoy, Picture Framer.. Alan started picture framing as a 15 year old in 1983 learning his trade working for a leading Berkshire based framer. In 1991, whilst travelling around Australia, he had the experience of working as a picture framer at the Arunta Gallery in Alice Springs in Australia’s Northern Territories. During this time he was framing original aboriginal artwork. This developed a different outlook on framing as this was a unique type of artwork which he had never framed before.
