Graceland London 💚✝️💀
Best known for brave, bold use of colour in her vibrant illustrations and paintings which depict the darker side of human nature and consumption. Graceland's art visualises self-obsession and displays self-questioning quotes.
Her style is predominantly contemporary and humorous, but subtly influenced by the historical religious symbolism in Italian Renaissance and Flemish art, such as the old masters and storytelling of scenic paintings. Her work also has elements of the macabre and horror within the narrative.
Take a deep dive into the murky depths of Graceland’s world with our latest virtual exhibition: https://emperia.gallery/Maddox/Graceland/index.htm

Joseph Klibansky Studio Visit
We invite you to take a glimpse into a typical day in the studio for renowned Dutch contemporary artist, Joseph Klibansky.
An artist studio offers an intimate look into their work and art practice. In February, we travelled to Amsterdam for a studio visit with the Klibansky team, where we were privileged to witness his masterpieces in progress, and get a first-hand look at his creative processes.
Urban contemporary artist, Mikael B gives us an insight into how he is embracing his time in isolation and staying focused without distractions. Mikael is isolating at his home studio in Los Angeles and has been working on several new projects in this time.

Art For Heroes - Our Pride
Tonight at 8pm our country will come together to applaud our incredible NHS workers fighting on the frontline and as we celebrate St George’s Day, the unity and togetherness of our country is particularly pertinent today.
Renowned for his evocative and immersive photography, @David Yarrow Photography has released a stunning photograph titled ‘Our Pride’ as part of our #ArtForHeroes campaign.
“Like everyone in the UK, I feel enormous pride, as well as a sense of huge debt to the NHS. They are the heroes not just of my generation, but every generation that is living through this global pandemic. I hope that this image can become symbolic of our affection and respect for this British Institution.”
The print is available to purchase for £500 via the link in our bio - for every fine art print purchased 100% of the proceeds will be donated to Help Them Help Us and another ‘Our Pride’ print will be provided to an NHS staff member, for free. You can also receive a digital copy of the print through a minimum donation of £10. Together we can make a difference. #HelpThemHelpUs
