The Production of Truth, Justice and History: Launch

Our co-founder Davinia Gregory will be sitting on a panel at Tate Modern on June 12th as part of a series of events on Truth, Justice and History in critical art and academic practice. These events see the University of Warwick collaborating with Tate to mark the instatement of Coventry as the UK's new City of Culture. If you go along, do introduce yourself; she'll be happy to meet Arts Unlocked people!

Join us as we ask challenging questions about truth, justice and history. In particular, we will interrogate the bigger political questions about what it means to engage in critical art and academic practice, in the contemporary context of universities, galleries and cultural debate – and we don.....

This year's Turner Prize nominations were publicized today, and we are so happy that the age cap has been lifted so that a broad range of artists can be recognized for their work in this way. Congratulations to Lubaina Himid, who at 62 is the oldest Turner Prize winner to date!
