Okay, so I’ve seen ‘I Make Envy on Your Disco’ by – and published by – described as a coming-of-middle-age story. This feels pretty accurate. I loved this book, not only because I’m drawn to stories about how we can run from, reassess, and rediscover our lives at any damn age we please.

The descriptions of Berlin are so evocative. There were plenty of moments when I remembered standing on those very same street corners and yearned to be on them again.

If you adore Berlin, like I do, you’ll going to love this novel, as well as the wonderfully random, and unexpected, collection of people Sam Singer meets during his stay in the city.

“I loved this sharply observed and deeply touching book.” —

“A love letter to Berlin, to travel, and to saying yes to life.” —

"You could be forgiven for thinking that a Parisian restaurant was a thing of great beauty, a well oiled machine, like a well-drilled army, that has been running smoothly for centuries. It's not."

'A Waiter in Paris: Adventures in the Dark Heart of the City' is a memoir by of his time as a Parisian waiter.

Get ready to meet Lucien, Adrien, Nimsath, Pauline, Salvatore, Renaud, Corentin, De Souza, and Franjo the sommelier.

This book is one hell of a glorious ride into the underbelly of Paris — and you won't look at your pommes dauphinoise the same again.

As Adrien says: "I can't stand people who crachent dans la soupe."

Get ready to read the remarkable story of Mary I, queen of England, in ‘Mary I: Queen of Sorrows’ by Alison Weir — which is out in hardback today with Headline Books.

Alison says: “Mary Tudor was the adored only surviving child of Henry VIII by his first wife, Katherine of Aragon. Born in 1516, she was heir presumptive to the English throne. But her world came crashing around her when her father's eye alighted on her mother's maid-of-honour, Anne Boleyn.”

“Thank you so much for all that you do for us and for all the encouragement. You left us with very positive feelings – and our following is creeping steadily and solidly upwards.” — Nicci French

We worked closely with the team at Michael Joseph (Penguin Random House) to support Nicci Gerrard and Sean French to ramp up reader excitement about the Frieda Klein books, the complex crimes, and the on-going cast of characters.

By taking readers right back inside the pages of the Nicci French backlist we pro-actively encouraged and rewarded long-term brand loyalty.
