The Haberdashery Collective are a group of friends who design and run pervasive games and social games in London. Some of our games fit on a pub table, some of them take up a room, and if the weather's nice we might send you out onto the streets. We aim for an event a month, with a few games for players to choose between, ranging from the silly and social to the complex and strategic. We've run ga

mes for the National Maritime Museum, the Natural History Museum, the Barbican, the Southbank Centre and as part of Hide & Seek's Weekender, and we're available for private events.

As part of winding up The Haberdashery Collective, we’re posting our games on Ludocity.

As part of winding up The Haberdashery Collective, we’re posting our games on Ludocity.

The Haberdashery Collective was a group of people who designed and ran games around London from 2011 to 2017. They ran games at Sandpits, Hide and Seek, Nine Worlds and Now Play This.

Hi folks. So, as you've likely noticed, other than the few events we've regularly attended (Nine Worlds GeekFest and GameCamp), we've been very quiet recently. We're pretty much on hiatus at the moment, because the folks behind The Haberdashery Collective have been having quite a bit of Life happening to/around/with them recently.

We're hoping to be back in 2018, running some games in places. To be honest, it's unlikely that we will return to a monthly format, but we'll see what happens. Keep an eye out here and on Twitter () for any news.

Have fun, and keep on playing.

We won't be having our regular games in October due to limited availability of both venue and crew, but we will return with live games in November. Hope to see you then.

Thanks to everyone who joined us on Sunday, we had a good time despite the unexpected relocation to the park. We shall be finding out what happened to the venue, and potentially looking for a new reliable location for our next sessions. See you in June for board games, and in July for more social games.

We're going to be designing some new games soon, does anyone have any suggestions for themes / mechanics / elements they'd like to see us include? We're not promising they'll all end up in there, but it's nice to have some ideas to start from.

Quick advance warning - next month's social games will be a week later than usual - Sunday 16th November - same time and place! Watch for an event posting soon.

Help us make the silliest sport into a serious league. Create a team, join a band of irregulars or just come and watch the action.

Lovely Haberdashers! We want to know if we're getting the timing right for our events. Help us get the timing right for you by letting us know what you think.

Is 1pm for lunch, 2pm for games too early to get up on a Sunday?

Is 2pm for lunch, 3pm for games too late for lunch?

Should the times always be the same or would it be better to have different times for live and board games? (maybe you need to be more awake for one that the other)

A lovely afternoon's games, thanks to all.
