Digitising the Bob Wallace collection. Mr Wallace was the staff photographer for the Livingston Post and Linlithgowshire Journal and Gazette. The photographs cover the period 1969 - 1983 and we will hopefully be able to post some of these fascinating pictures as soon as we have clearance to do so.

The archive is easily accessibly by public transport and is a short walk away from the nearest bus stop.

General information

Our archival holdings date from the 16th century to the present day and include the records of West Lothian Council and our predeccessor organisations including the records of parochial boards and parish councils. Our Livingston Development Corporation collection is the largest of our holdings and includes minutes, reports and an extensive photographic collection.
