Wow… what a turnout for Nature Creates! 💜🌿🐚

It was wonderful to see so many families spending quality time together, decorating stones, leaf bashing, creating with shells and salt dough, and bringing our Community Ocean to life. 🌊🐠 Can you spot your sea creature?

At Phoenix Families, our values are Connection • Compassion • Community, and today was a wonderful example of those values in action.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us. We’d also like to say a special thank you to our volunteer, Kelly, who gave her time to support the event through the Matthew Good Foundation’s employee volunteering programme. We really appreciate both Kelly’s support and the Foundation’s commitment to helping community organisations like ours. Thank you Matthew Good Foundation and Kelly for helping make today possible.

What a beautiful day for our final Together in Nature session before our summer break. 💚

Under the shade of the mulberry tree, families slowed down, relaxed, chatted, played and simply enjoyed being together. It was one of those mornings that reminded us exactly why this community means so much.

At Phoenix, our values are Connection, Compassion and Community, and today we saw every one of them in action. There were tears and hugs as some families prepare for new chapters—parents returning to work, little ones starting nursery, others beginning their home education journey. Alongside those emotions came encouragement, kindness, understanding and the reassurance that no one has to navigate change alone.

Watching friendships grow, families support one another and children flourish is such a privilege. Thank you to everyone who has been part of Together in Nature this year and helped create such a welcoming, caring community.

We’ll be back in September, but before then we have our Family Day in August and we’d love to see many of you there.
