🕹️🖥️ Keeping Gaming History Alive Just Got Easier! ❤️🎉
One of the biggest challenges we've faced at Retro Reset has been keeping our vintage computers and games consoles alive and working.
Unlike modern technology, these incredible machines are now 30–40 years old, and finding faults can be a real adventure! Many times, Luke and I have found ourselves watching YouTube repair videos, crossing our fingers, and hoping we don't see the dreaded "magic white smoke" escape from a BBC Micro or another classic machine! 😅💨
We have been incredibly fortunate to receive donations of so many amazing computers and consoles, but many of them need a little TLC before they can take pride of place on the Retro Bus, where they'll inspire and educate young people for years to come.
That's why we're absolutely thrilled to announce that not one, but TWO fantastic local companies have stepped forward to volunteer their time, skills and expertise to help us maintain and repair our collection!
