Congratulations to Flight Sergeant Ramage, who recently passed their Methods of Instruction (MOI) assessment!

After completing their preparation on squadron and undergoing assessment off squadron, both cadets have successfully passed their MOI assessment. Their final test involved delivering a lesson, where they demonstrated confidence, knowledge, and strong teaching skills.

They are now officially authorised to deliver lessons from the training syllabus unsupervised — a fantastic step forward in their cadet careers.
