FEIN Collections - made in new york city

FEIN Collections - made in new york city Based in Somerset: dedicated to selling prodigious international contemporary artworks.

FEIN Collections was developed with a desire to saturate my new home in Bruton with an innovative space for people to feel immersed in a connubial atmosphere of multidisciplinary familiarity and fresh artistic uniqueness. I have never purchased a work of art with the distinct intention of potential for increased market-price as the catalyst; the potential to ‘gain’ from an ‘investment’ is not the

reason for which I, personally, collect artworks. Rather, my intimate investment when purchasing an artwork is one driven by moments that transcend the formal market. However, I have found that I do have a pronounced ability to spot up-and-coming artistic talent and a remarkable ability to gauge the potential of marketability – and hence an increase in price in a short period of time on the market – of an artist in the world of art business.

‘John and I have wanted to collaborate since meeting in the early 2010s in New York. His work continues to heroically and poignantly break barriers, challenge preconceptions, stun and elate those who engage with it. This is momentous for both of us and for FEIN Collections.’ ~

It was a pure joy, pleasure and honour to welcome , his wife New and their newborn Mali to in Bruton on the weekend of 11-12 April this year for the very successful Artist’s Talk and Official Opening of his new exhibition ‘Nostalgia/Commitments’. The internationally renowned artist and photographer did not only bring amazing weather from Bangkok for the occasion: This was the world’s preview of eighteen never-before-seen works, including four one-of-a-kind photographic/mixed media pieces. The exhibition will be on view through 31 May.

At in Bruton, Somerset (UK), it is the very diversity of moods, mediums, modes and visions of the artworks created by its featured artists that inspires the gallery’s thematic group exhibits.

Current exhibit ‘Sustainability: Anticipation of Disaster’ is a testament to this fact; whilst it is, indeed, difficult to unite such varied textures of thought, the intellect and passionate creative impulses permeating each artist’s artworks enthused my curation of exhibit that allows the artworks to converse with one another cohesively and shine distinctively simultaneously.

is a provocatively emotive and physical painter whose life's experience drives each moment of brush to canvas. Each abstract expressionist artwork possesses a narrative. Here in Bruton, Somerset, is ecstatic to welcome new works of hers - all available for acquisition.

One example:

Years ago, before was brick and mortar, the gallery's owner/founder, , and her dear friend, the internationally renowned and award-winning artist Sheeba Khan, were speaking late into the evening: Sheeba was suffering from an awful ear ache, a debilitating pain that struck her to the core. The two sisters from different backgrounds, countries and cultures conversed through the pain. An evening they will never forget.

HOWEVER:

Sheeba could not experience the pounding pounding aching without expressing it: The result: 'Caverns of the Mind,' now with the gallery (available for acquisition).
