We love this hopeful Spring photo of us by Karen. We look forward to welcoming back our visitors once it is safe to do so. In the meantime, do you have any stories, photos or videos of the museum? We would love to see and share them across our social media. (You can tag us on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter or email us at: [email protected])

Our small Museum is totally dependent on income from visitors, events and donations, and we do not have a cash surplus. Closing our doors is a very serious matter with a potentially catastrophic financial impact. Please consider making a donation via our web site in lieu of attending - you could make a real difference to our survival. Thank you for your support.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE NOTICE

As a result of the latest advice given by the UK Prime Minister, the Trustees of the Musical Museum have made the decision to cancel all public events, admissions and conservation activities: the Museum is closed until further notice.

While this has been a drastic and difficult decision requiring careful thought, the well-being of our staff, volunteers and visitors is absolutely paramount. We will re-open as soon as it is deemed safe to do so, and will update this site should circumstances change and as the situation evolves. In the meantime we urge everyone to follow the Government Guidelines.
