FOR SALE!, beautiful 5’4 mini simmons (aka the Blimp). Deep cherry red resin tint, with silk scarf inlay, tail patch, black resin pinline, and rare RFC Pavel lokbox keel fins.
I made this back in 2013, rode it for a couple of years, sold it to a friend who sold it on, and then I brought it back a year ago to repair some cracks on the deck, give the fins some TLC and eventually ride it. Alas I find the length to short for me these days, and it’s not getting ridden, so I’ve decided to sell it on, and hopefully find a good home where it can be doing what it was built for! It’s seen plenty of action, but it’s all watertight and ready to ride. There are scratches, marks and compressions, but given its age and how much I know it’s been ridden it’s doing really well. the main repairs I did were to the heel cracks down the stringer, and although you can still see these, they are a good way under the resin, so 100% watertight for many years to come. The deck is strong and I see no further issues if you buy it :)
Dims are on the last pic. It’s got plenty of volume for 2 3/4 so if you are used to 3”, you’ll have no problems.
price is £350, and I’ll chuck in a leash too! ( it’s hand shaped so volume unknown) available to view in Bideford .

FOR SALE: 6’0 x 22.5 x 2 3/4 Simmons in clear with volan deck and tail patches! Very fast board inspired by the bing mini simm, with a more progressive down rail than traditional Simmons boards… excellent condition, just one light compression on the belly about the size of a 10p, and a light one on the deck near the rail ( from duck diving) other than that deck is immaculate. comes with a lovely set of removable Futures K1 keel fins with bamboo inlay. A friend recently pointed out that as women we pour our absolute heart and soul into pretty much everything we do, yet doubt ourselves constantly ,rarely giving ourselves any credit or acknowledgement for our achievements. I can say this pretty much sums me up and has really stuck with me... so today I went for a visit to the Museum of British Surfing to see the latest exhibition and celebrate the fact that I'm there on the wall! It felt weird + moving but also lovely, to see myself there snuggled in amongst all that history and I walked out the door feeling a little glow of achievement Thank you MOBS 🙏🙏 and thanks to Kel B. for the lyrical shove x

Semi opaque Butter yellow resin tint deck with patch, clear Hull with volan tail patch. This SVR features a more rounded tail and spiral vee and comes with flex fin as pictured, lighter weight than previous versions and drill through leash hole. excellent condition. £600ono. FOR SALE : LADIES C-SKINS REWIRED 3/2MM SUMMER SUIT. SIZE UK 12. in great condition, no tears or repairs, chest zip, super stretchy, warm and comfortable, just a bit big. I am 5'7, size UK 10 and this is a bit too loose.... would be ideal for UK size 12/14 (despite what the label says!!) these are high spec suits at £220 RRP, so looking for £100 ono please! Many many years ago, before making surfboards, and even before moving to Devon, me and Danni used to travel the festivals with our food stall Roots and shoots selling healthy veggie food to festival goers! 12 years on and I've decided to make 'making food' & promoting health a big part of my life again. I've always said making surfboards holds many of the same challenges as cooking...they are both part art AND part science!! ….both require knowledge and a good amount of flair! SO..... Woohoo !! It's 2020, and I'm kicking off the year with a midlength. ! Looking forward to spending a bit more time back in the shaping bay this year 😁 I'm still not taking custom orders, but Keep your eye on this space as I'm going to be building a few lovely logs on the lead up to spring which will go up for sale as and when they are complete and maybe a few midlengths too - if I can keep Dannis grubby mitts off them .!! .....
