In Japan, a woman who is not married by 25 is called an unsold Christmas cake.
Because nobody buys Christmas cake after the Christmas.
The frustration gathered, and it became a cake monster with eyes and nails and teeth.

She’s rotten, so whoever eats her gets sick.

I was thinking about how a ceramic sculpture can interact with people.
Then I thought of ticket printing.
So I gave my orchid monster a mouth.
A ticket comes out of her mouth, with a random old Japanese saying on it.
During the exhibition this printer will print them all, and I will give one to each person.
So it is like a fortune teller.

One morning I was sharpening a pencil.
As I see it, the pencil got shorter and shorter and it never said no.
And I thought, it is visualizing a people pleaser.
