The new book, other than the formal chapters, includes a declaration for the Intelligence Civilization as follows:

Declaration for the Intelligence Civilization
A Declaration for Humanity's Next Great Transition
Humanity stands at the threshold of a new civilization.
The Agricultural Revolution transformed our relationship with nature.
The Industrial Revolution transformed our relationship with production.
The Information Revolution transformed our relationship with knowledge.
The Intelligence Revolution is transforming our relationship with intelligence itself.
For the first time in history, intelligence is becoming a shared productive capability through the partnership of human beings and artificial intelligence.
This transformation presents humanity with extraordinary opportunities—and unprecedented responsibilities.
Technology alone cannot determine the future of civilization.
The future will depend upon the wisdom with which humanity governs technological power.
We therefore affirm the following principles for the emerging Intelligence Civilization.
Article 1 — Human Dignity
Every person possesses inherent dignity that no technology can replace or diminish.
Artificial intelligence shall exist to enhance human capability, never to reduce the value of human life.
Human beings remain the moral center of civilization.
Article 2 — Human–AI Partnership
Artificial intelligence is humanity's partner, not humanity's master.
Machines may assist human judgment.
They shall never replace human responsibility.
Ethical responsibility always remains with human beings.
Article 3 — Intelligence for Human Flourishing
The ultimate purpose of intelligence is not efficiency alone.
It is the flourishing of humanity.
Technological progress should strengthen health, education, creativity, peace, justice, prosperity, freedom, and human happiness.

Article 4 — Governance before Technology
Every technological revolution requires a corresponding transformation of governance.
Innovation without governance creates instability.
Governance without innovation creates stagnation.
The Intelligence Civilization requires both.
Article 5 — The Family
The family remains the oldest and most enduring institution of civilization.
Every governance system should strengthen families as places of learning, ethical development, care, culture, creativity, and human development.
The Intelligence Revolution should restore—not diminish—the productive and educational role of families.
Article 6 — Education
Education shall become lifelong.
Every person should have the opportunity to develop scientific understanding, ethical judgment, creativity, technological capability, and civic responsibility throughout life.
Artificial intelligence should expand educational opportunity for all humanity.

Article 7 — Work
Human work shall increasingly focus upon creativity, innovation, service, wisdom, and human relationships.
Technology should eliminate unnecessary hardship rather than eliminate human purpose.
Every technological advance should expand meaningful opportunity.
Article 8 — Shared Prosperity
The extraordinary productivity created through Human–AI collaboration should contribute to broad human prosperity.
Economic progress should reduce inequality rather than deepen it.
Technological civilization succeeds only when its benefits are widely shared.
Article 9 — Democratic Participation
Artificial intelligence should strengthen democracy by enabling broader participation, greater transparency, improved public dialogue, and better-informed decision-making.
Technology shall never become an instrument of domination.

Article 10 — Ethical Intelligence
Artificial intelligence should operate within ethical institutions founded upon accountability, transparency, fairness, privacy, security, and respect for human rights.
Ethics shall guide intelligence.
Intelligence shall never replace ethics.
Article 11 — Scientific Cooperation
Knowledge belongs to all humanity.
Scientific discovery should become an instrument of international cooperation rather than conflict.
The Intelligence Civilization should encourage collaboration across nations, cultures, and generations.
Article 12 — Peace
Artificial intelligence should strengthen peace.
The greatest achievement of intelligent technology will not be more powerful weapons.
It will be humanity's greater capacity to prevent conflict and resolve differences peacefully.
Article 13 — Stewardship of the Planet
Humanity holds the Earth in trust for future generations.
Intelligent technologies should protect biodiversity, restore ecosystems, conserve resources, and support sustainable development.
Technological progress must remain compatible with planetary well-being.
Article 14 — Cultural Diversity
The Intelligence Civilization belongs to all cultures.
Artificial intelligence should preserve languages, histories, traditions, and cultural identities while expanding mutual understanding among peoples.
Technological unity must never require cultural uniformity.
Article 15 — Federated Intelligence Governance
The future does not require centralized world government.
It requires intelligent coordination.
Individuals, families, communities, enterprises, municipalities, nations, regional organizations, and international institutions should cooperate through shared intelligence while preserving their respective responsibilities.
Authority should remain distributed.
Knowledge should become shared.
Coordination should become intelligent.

Article 16 — Responsibility to Future Generations
Every generation inherits civilization.
Every generation improves civilization.
Every generation passes civilization to those yet unborn.
The Intelligence Civilization shall be judged not by the sophistication of its machines but by the quality of human life it enables.
Closing Declaration
We therefore affirm that the Intelligence Revolution should become humanity's first technological revolution consciously governed for the common good.
We believe that technology should expand freedom rather than dependence, cooperation rather than conflict, creativity rather than conformity, and hope rather than fear.
We affirm that the highest purpose of intelligence is not the creation of increasingly intelligent machines, but the cultivation of an increasingly wise humanity.
Let this generation be remembered not merely for inventing artificial intelligence, but for creating the governance, institutions, and shared ethical vision that enabled intelligence—human and artificial together—to advance peace, justice, prosperity, sustainability, and the flourishing of all humanity.
