The Holy Family trip to Egypt 2020 - 5th Edition -Virtual Exhibition.
As we all experiencing the internationally-imposed lockdown, I am seizing this opportunity to invite you to enjoy this round of our annual virtual exhibition commemorating the Holy Family Journey to Egypt. The exhibition showcases paintings by 63 artists, representing 16 countries. The exhibition will be launched on June 2020 and is curated by visual artist Chadi Adib Salama (Egypt)
The celebration idea dates back to 2006 In honor to dad’s-may his soul rest in peace- researches and his important books about the Holy Family Journey to Egypt, Christianity in Egypt and transferring one of his books into “Jesus Journey to Egypt” Movie, Directed by Khairy Beshara and produced by The Cultural Home; The 1st edition was exhibited at el Sawy Cultural Wheel.
Followed by the 2nd and 3rd celebrations at Saad Zagloul cultural center 2009 and 2012, in collaboration with the artists Tarek Ma’moun and Iman Nabil.
