يحتفل العالم اليوم ب لذلك في هذا اليوم نريد ان نقول شكرًا لكل مبدع بيشاركنا الرحلة… وبيؤمن إن التراث حكاية لازم تتوثق وتتحكي.

شكرا للمبدعين من مختلف انحاء العالم الذي سعدنا بتوثيق حساباتهم واسعدنا ارثهم البصري للاسكندرية .

في 1 يناير 2024 بدأ الحلم بـ أرشيف الإسكندرية.
رحلة اتبنت بجهد وشغف مبدعين وباحثين ومصورين شاركونا ذاكرتهم قبل صورهم.

انطلقت المنصة كأول منصة رقمية متخصصة في توثيق الإسكندرية
بتراثها وناسها وصورها وحكاياتها التي كادت تُنسى.

اليوم، لا نحتفل بموقع…
بل بمشروع ثقافي حيّ يحفظ التاريخ بالصورة والحكاية.
شكرًا لكل شريك آمن بالفكرة ولكل من اختار أن يترك أثره في ذاكرة المدينة.

On January 1, 2024, the dream of Alexandria Archive began.

A journey built through the effort and passion of creators, researchers, and photographers who shared their memory before their images.

The platform launched as the first digital destination dedicated to documenting Alexandria its heritage, its people, its images, and its stories that were on the verge of being forgotten.

Today, we are not celebrating a website…
but a living cultural project that preserves history through images and storytelling.

Thank you to every partner who believed in the idea, and to everyone who chose to leave a mark in the city’s memory.

At that time, tram cars were operating in the square, intermingling with other means of transport like horse-drawn carriages.
