Did you know that contortrostatin, a protein found in copperhead venom, has been shown to inhibit the growth of tumors, slow angiogenesis (the growth of blood vessels into the tumor that supply it with nutrients and allow the tumor to grow and spread), and also helped prevent metastasis (the spread of cancer cells)

⁣ Visit Canada’s Dinosaur Park and take your picture with this incredible Dimetrodon! We are open 10am-5pm daily, and there is a wide variety of amazing reptiles and dinosaurs to see!
The Dimetrodon is not classified as a dinosaur since it went extinct before dinosaurs evolved. It is included in the group of animals known as synapsids, and is distantly related to modern mammals.
A Dimetrodon had a large structure that looked like a sail on its back, which scientists believe could have helped with regulating body temperature!
The name “dimetrodon” describes the two different types of teeth it had. As a carnivore it was useful to have both sharp canines to kill prey, and teeth at the back of the mouth to shred and grind up the meat.

Looking for something to do bring the kids to Burlington Center Mall because DINOSAURS 🦕 🦖 have invaded the Mall and they will not be there long before they go Extinct . This amazing display of dinosaurs 🦕 🦖 opens April 9th till May 1st
admission Adults $10 kids $5 and under 3 free . All proceeds go to Canadas’s Dinosaur Park & Animal Sanctuary a nonprofit charity!
