Quick schedule update for participants of ISSUE №3: submit.hintology.org

In short: the announcement of the shortlist has been delayed to October 1st, at which point pre-order will be made available. We'll then have two weeks to make final revisions and send to print, so that we can hopefully start shipping in November.

The delays are mainly due to the much greater number of participants and a certain amount of clerical issues with the submissions. We apologize for the delays and will do our best to get back into schedule.

Photography naturally lends itself to such variations, if simply because of the speed and ease of shifting the camera’s frame or exposure. Walker Evans, Imogen Cunningham, Michael Kenna and countless other photographers have experimented with making multiple images of the same subjects by varying their camera’s lens, focal length, exposures, and so on.
