Art By Sean Damien I’m a multi-medium Métis artist working in, Canada. I never stopped. I just upgraded the walls. I freehand everything. If it isn’t right, I start over. Ever.

I’ve been drawing for over forty years, starting with red Crayola “cave drawings” inside my bedroom closet — wolves, eagles, owls, bison, mountain lions, lynx, bobcats. I’m a multi-medium Métis artist working in oils, acrylics, airbrush, charcoal, pastels, tattoo flash, digital illustration, murals, signage — anything I can sink my teeth into. I obsess over details most people don’t even notice. I graduated top of my Graphic Art & Design class and received the Aboriginal Academic Excellence Award for it — because I said on day one that I would, and then I did. My work blends Métis and Cree teachings, Celtic roots, northern landscapes, and symbolism that actually means something. Every feather, bead, wrap, and scale is drawn by hand. No shortcuts. Thousands of people worldwide have my art tattooed on their skin. I’ve won national and international awards, made comic books, painted murals, created signage, and spent years shaping pieces that mean something to the people who see them. I also write poetry and short stories when the inspiration hits. Art isn’t a hobby or a job — it’s the language I think in. If my work hits you in the feels, reminds you of home, gives you a piece of yourself back, or sparks something you forgot you had — then I’ve done what I set out to do.

**Please Read Entire Description** This particular piece holds a special spot in my heart. It is a digital oil painting with a touching back story. The grandfather never met the baby as he passed away before the baby was born. I was tasked with bringing them together from separate images and creating this painting. The original photo of the grandfather was very small and pixelated, so I cleaned it and resized it using AI. I was stunned by how great the AI upscale turned out. If you're in need of something similar, please PM me at your leisure. Thank you.
