The Old Brown Coal Mine Museum is open again with our usual hours - Sundays from 10am - 4pm and Mondays and Tuesdays from 10am -3pm.

The Old Brown Coal Mine Museum is now closed for our Christmas /New Year break. We will re-open on Monday 2nd February 2026. Once again, a big thank you to all our wonderful members/ volunteers, we could not stay open without you. We wish everyone a very merry and enjoyable Christmas and a happy New Year and hope to see you all in 2026.
