Happy Birthday
9 years ago I created this painting called 'Cross-Pollination'. It was inspired by my favourite artist Yayoi Kusama. For me, Cross-Pollination is the transfer of one mind to another or one set of ideas to produce a new set of ideas. I am inspired by her artwork but also her love of painting. Today Kusama turns 96 and she is still creating. ❤

We are in the middle of a CYCLONE!

Betsy has found a safe place to take shelter from Alfred and the floods, welcoming the local birds to join her.

On a serious note, we're safe—just lots of wind and rain. It'll take about a week to clean up the mess, but that's Bob's job. As for me, I'll just keep painting in the rain! ☔️🖌
