Anna Glynn’s exhibition, ‘Amusement’ had a joyous official opening on Saturday.
No rain to dampen the enthusiasm of the large crowd. Following curator Natalie McDonagh’s opening address, she then became an unexpected dog minder.

The exhibition “is a world of fantasia, a place on the cusp of reality and imagination featuring strange natural history tableaux. In essence this is a fantasy leading to reflection and to the reawakening of our sense of wonder with our surroundings and the environment - a visual entry point into an incongruous early European vision of Australia.”

The artist and curator will be in discussion next Saturday May 24 from 3pm.
An opportunity to gain in-site into Anna’s multidisciplinary and highly successful art practice.

A studio visit to see Alan Rose and his new wall sculptures for his upcoming exhibition Pareidolia, in August. The exhibition will include drawings and mixed media wall sculpture. Alan’s mathematical contstructs, that create shadow, colour, light and design are always intriguing and will look unique in any home.
