After much deliberation I have decided to formally close my science gift store Impulse Art and Photography as well as the updated brand ionique.
While I loved conversing with students and staff at Sydney University during their markets, the direction the Australian economy is heading in limits my business models viability at this time.
I may still sell remaining stock at discounted prices on socials when I find time, including my microscopy posters, and one off stalls may pop-up next year with my sibling at the helm to also clear remaining stock.
I would love to revisit the concept of a science themed gift store when viable and I have plenty of ideas for amazing products -but right now it’s just not feasible.
I would like to thank all the staff at Sydney university and the market organizers, as well as the many customers that share a passion for science. As well as all the people that have supported me along the way.
This isn’t a total good by but a strategic shift, from products to services, with my love of science and passion for the natural world being focused into my new venture NatureWise Pest control.
where I offer tailored targeted pest solutions with a focus on risk management and protecting our wildlife in my local area with non-chemical options for fellow nature lovers and sensitive environments.
