Turns out my 8-year-old is already planning his political career... πŸ‘‘πŸ˜…

β€‹πŸ€© My son was completely obsessed with King Tut."I’d be the best king in a year's time. I could DEFINITELY rule Egypt at 9 like Tut did."

β€‹βœ¨οΈ Honestly, that’s my favourite part of bringing the kids here, just seeing their eyes open to a totally different way of life.
πŸ‘€ We ended up playing Eye Spy through the whole place, and he could not get enough of the daggers, the bow and arrows, and the ancient boats πŸ—‘οΈπŸΉβ›΅

β€‹πŸŒŸ It's pretty cool watching them pick up so much without even realising they're learning.

Exploring another civilisation with my kids...

🌌 There’s something pretty special about watching your children take in something totally new. Teaching them a respect for history, opening their eyes to a completely different culture, and getting to experience that wonder right alongside them. ✨️
